Taking full ownership and responsibility of some smaller events as directed by the conference and events manager.Д®xperience of event/exhibition organisation (essential)Д®xcellent written and spoken communication skills (essential)ДЄttention to detail and highly organised (essential)ДЄble to prioritise and work to tight deadlines (essential)Д¬omfortable liaising with senior stakeholdersД®xperience of wordpress,, canva, pardot/salesforce (desirable)Д®xperience of online event platforms, eg crowdcast, remo, whova, swapcard, etc, (desirable)ДЄble to work with minimal supervision and be self-motivated Where necessary, attending on the day to assist with set-up/breakdown, manning the booth and general help.* Timely collation and shipping/uploading of all relevant collateral and marketing materials to ensure they are at the venue or uploaded to the virtual stand on timeД®nsuring all stakeholders are aware of booth timings for set-up, breakdown, badge collection, etc. Sourcing and organising production of promotional items Keeping abreast of upcoming deadlines and ensuring these are met Liaison with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all requirements and objectives are established Support the conference and events manager and relevant sales teams with attendance at international conferences, exhibitions and trade showsThis may include, but is not limited to: Some international travel and overnight stays may be required.Д®vents - conference sponsorship and exhibition attendance (in person or online):

Setting up of registration platforms, such as eventbrite or similar Work with the conference and events manager, as well as internal stakeholders, to organise, produce and deliver a small number of customer facing events throughout the yearThis may include, but is not limited to: Keep accurate notes and records in for all events.Д®nsure all costs and invoices are recorded and allocated to the correct event.ДЄttend planning meetings or calls as required, including the monthly events catch up call.
